Sanity Run

Today Total: 10k + 30mins MTB
Week Total: 20k
Month Total: 224k
Year Total: 936k

Edit: Got home from work later than planned but still enough time for a quick ride - 30mins at 128bpm before heading off to training.

I had to start work early this morning so decided to venture into the 80-85% HR zone which is such a nice change from the 75% trudge.

It was also a chance to benchmark progress - 10k @ 155bpm in 54.35 (av 5.28) which is a good 10 seconds per k better than my last two excursions to this HR zone.

Happy, happy, joy, joy :-)

Considering changing my handle from 2P to Lab Rat :-)

good job! I'm bringing in a doctor to talk about HRM training to the clinic I teach this Friday...I have one, but have yet to do it.

Well done, Ratty.

Sounds like the HR Training Program is working well. BTW don't change your handle, there has been too many lately.

64k to go :-)

Hmm, nice job. The progress at 85% is great, because it gradually gets faster to the point where it is pretty hard on the old legs.

So where do you keep your treadwheel?

Seems like you're becoming a stat's person. Maybe you should play cricket, heaps more figures to play with there.....

Is Tesso referring to her YTD figures....(and there's nothing she can do about it at the moment.....lol)

how about 2P the Lab Rat? Perhaps Polar should sponsor you since you are certainly making HR training look like the way to go!
