Up There Cazaley

Today Total: 4k
Week Total: 10k
Month Total: 38k

I'm in Melbourne for work so this morning I headed out into a gloriously sunny day (bit windy but) and did a bit of an extended lap of the MCG.

I was very careful not to tread on any dead Swans and kept a watchful eye out for any swooping birds of prey ;-)

Still finding it a bit tough - but I guess you get that in the big games. Try again tomorrow :-)

I'm back in front of my trusty PC and finally caught up on all your comings and goings over the past few weeks. Good stuff.

Thanks again for that 'encouragement' in the September 5k Challenge - I probably picked up at least 10 seconds on that last km with you runnin alongside me. Hmmm, don't you have a work meeting or something in Brisbane the day of my next 3k TT?

I have run around the MCG a few times now. A very inspiring circuit.

You'll also have to give the Tan and the Yarra a bit of a whirl.

Mate - didn't realise you had made it down there already. Make sure you help wobbs with his shaving down while you're there

Aren't swooping birds of prey a threatened species down there?

Even the local maggies are so wuzzy they just give you a peck on the cheek.

I expect the CEO and Chair of the board built a banner for you to run through.
Hope you're kicking goals and not behinds down there.
