The legs were a little too overcooked to make running a sensible option today so I headed out for an easy 30 minutes on the bike for a bit of recovery.
It was mighty windy out around Breakfast Point and Canada Bay with lots of trees and even a light pole down.
Not the most pleasant 10k I've ever ridden but the quads are a little happier for the experience - and it was a whole lot cheaper than Lact-Away ;-)

I may have to dust off my bike to free up the legs. After my marathon today I'm feeling as stiff as a board.
