Nuffin too fancy - just a 5k recovery style run as an out and back around the foreshore. It was going to be 6k but a rather nagging matter (read I needed a loo) had me cutting back through the back of Massey Park Golf Course.
All up 5k in 29.39 @ 5.56 av.

Three in a row seems fancy enough from here. By the way for me, "a rather nagging matter" would read (my wife has got me on the mobile phone and wants me to come home).
Sounds contagious this three in a row stuff. I better get me some fast. Good to see the post rickshaw training is getting better.
