Gwandy Trails

Today Total: 14k
Week Total: 25k
Month Total: 199k
Year Total: 1885k

With 12 of the family staying with us (14 of us all up) at the lake house last night I needed some "me time" so it was up early and out the door before anyone stirred.

It was a gorgeously bright morning running around the lakefront before I  disappeared into the mildly undulating Gwandalan trails - the high pitched cicadas were so loud at times it was stunning.

Anyhoo a nice run in the best part of the day - it's turned overcast now so I'm glad I made the effort when I did - all up 14k in 1.26.06 (av6.09).

Ai ai ai. 14? No wonder you needed some 'me' time. Sounds like no better place to do it (than perhaps the track)

So will we be seeing you on Monday or will you (as I suspect) leave me to fend for myself? ;-)

We got that thunderstorm late in the afternoon in different parts of Sydney. Didn't effect my running. 14 enough for a 7 a side rugby comp.

Good to see you're out running - keeps me honest!

69 days to go - omg!

Gwandalan is such an excellent word isn't it? Sounds like a lovely run. Early morning, nice bush trails. I'm sure the temperature was more pleasant than the 2 degrees I had for my run this morning.
Haven't read the mega-post yet, but will do so at my leisure. Just wanted to jump in and wish you all things good for 2007. Happy New Year 2P!
