I pulled up pretty sore after last Monday nights miniscule 4k - I mean even my tum tum hurt! I guess you get that when you don't run for 86 days.
Anyhoo with still a little residual soreness in my adductors I headed out around the foreshore tonight for another go.
Same run as Monday - all up 4k in 23.53 @ 5.58av.

Sub-6s already! Perhaps the tum tum problem was caused by concrete being shaken loose?
But at least you know you've done something when you end up all sore and achy the next day.
So good to see you back on the road and no doubt I will be impressed by your rapid rates of improvement as usual!
Now don't go trying to break any more bricks with your bare feet... use your hands instead, you don't need those for running.
Sore tum tum - no biggy. Only worry when your eyelashes start hurting.

I havent blogged since the 16th of May and when i come back the whole blogosphere has collapsed!
