The legs had a bit more bounce this morning as I headed out before sunrise in light rain. The forecast is for another cold snap so I thought I better get this run in before it hits.
Another very pleasant doddle along the gravel/sand tracks and boardwalks around the foreshore of Lake Rotorua.
Most enjoyable :-)

I thought winter in NZ was one big long cold snap!
I have friends who just got back from NZ and the whole time it was sunny. This sounds more like NZ weather!
Is there any other kind of weather there?

2p, sounds like most bloggers are overseas at present. I've just got back from Europe, Ewen's still in the US, and then I find out your're in New Zealand. It's a great part of the world, but just dont' talk about a certain underarm issue some years ago, or a couple of All Black rugby loses to Australia in the World Cup. Watch out for those volcanoes - especially the ones with a few puffs of smoke still showing.
