Another 5k around the Concord Golf Course - nothing spectacular in 38ish degree heat at 3.30pm this arvo. The heat wasn't so much the problem - it was more that with the sail squarage I currently have out running into the stiff westerly wind was a bit tough.

There's a formula on the CR thread 'physics' that might help you with the sail squarage.
Hoist the spinnaker and go with the tailwinds :)
It's great to have you back Mr 2P.. I've missed your blogging and running tales of daring-do.
You'll soon be back in shape and you still owe me a 10km PB pacing job... hoping this year I'll stay unbroken long enough to give it a shot.
