Probably more womble than tele-tubby but another 4 in the bank.
Legs were not sore at all today but when I started to run my calves really bound up - with a history of compartment syndrome I played it safe and covered the distance mixing up running and walking - so it took me 30 minutes - slow but done.
Will probably rest the pins tomorrow.
