Just a shorty to ease back into it after a week and a bit off due to an attack of the blahs.

Also got to try out the new Merrel Overdrives - noice! So grippy they slowed me down ;-)

The blahs? An attack of the blahs? Was it the let down after the excitement of that spectacular Mt Panorama run pretending to be Alan Moffat in the GT Falcon?

Whatever the cause, good to see you back running and posting.

Sounds like they'll be great for Mini Mini and Pluvi on March 8. You might get to the caves with no AOT episodes ;)

Ah the blahs, I know them well :)

Good to see you are out and about, just about time to start thinking about March 2008.....

Ford people would have to be happy with Bathurst this year!

sub 6 min a km its starting to wind up to where it should be. The pace that is.
What are Merrill overdrives? I am assuming they are some sort of trail shoe? have to google em.

Melbourne marathon went reasonably well for me, best marathon time for 2 years, although I was hoping for even better. Plus Dave got through the 100 miler on the same weekend back in WA pretty well.
Hoping a bunch of us from WA will come visit the 6 foot in 2008 and/or 2009, its starting to look good again.

LOL - yep that grip sure seems like it's designed for Kiwi trails i reckon. Hope you can report back with some wet weather results for me!
