April MTD & YTD training stats - numbers down due to trochanter pain syndrome and gout - all good now though :)
Highlights were the introduction of some gym work to prune the man-boobies - and a 53.6km ride on the new Giant Defy on the last day of the month.
The rest definitely did me some good as I pulled up really well after yesterday's ride and and a huge 35 second PB on the full Lilyfield Rd incline this morning on the Talon.
