Due to other commitments today 4.00pm was my only slot for a run. It was 34 degrees when Mrs 2P dropped me at the corner of Kanangra Drv and the Old Pacific Highway.
I don't usually feel the heat but I did today - felt pretty wrung out by the time I got in.
